Birth control/sexual arousal?!

Question: i was on Yaz for two years and my doctor recently switched me to a different pill with a higher hormone level because i was having a lot of break through bleeding. For the past week I have been taking this new pill i have been way hornier than usual. I have always been just average, i enjoyed sex and liked to have it often but now i can barely get through the day i am so horny. is this normal? anything i can do to diminish these random and strong sexual feelings throughout the day?

The new pill probably has a lot more hormone in it.
Uhmmm change your train of thought when you get horney think of like something boring, and like strongly focus on your work...then when you get home I guess you can satisfy yourself?

call me

Roll with it and get a pocket rocket.

Sweetheart this possibly because of your new pill, if you are enjoying your new found increase in libido great , if you find it a bit wearing go back to your doctor

I wish I had the same problem. When I was on birth control, I never ever wanted sex and my poor hubby was lonely! What kind are you on? I needs to know! ;)

But honestly, try meditation or masturbation. I love using a vibrator when I feel insatiable. But if you're out and about and need a quick turn off, think about the most awful looking person or maybe the worst way someones ever touched you. Or even something that's been stressing you out. That would work for me.

Tell your doctor. Birth control DOES have an effect on your libido and your doctor may have to switch your pill in order to find one that doesn't effect it like that.
