Yes, they will grow, change form, etc. as you get older. They are influenced by hormonal levels, your general weight, pregnancy and aging. Love them as part of yourself and don't compare yourself to some silly standard set by society or advertising. There are many types of bras out there that you can try to get the look you want for now. LOVE YOURSELF.
you sound healthy to me. be proud of what you have. they may grow more because you are still in the stage of change.
Normal age to stop growing is 21. But saying that I'm 17 and haven't grown in 3 years but i started puberty early so that's most likely why. 32c is normal because any size is normal, we are all different. Also you are tall taller people tend to have smaller breasts. I'm 17 5'0 and about 112 pounds, my breasts are a 34 d.

It's normal. Being skinny makes them look smaller. I don't know that they will get any bigger, you might be done growing and there's nothing wrong with that either.

You grow into your mid 20's.
If YOU think they are big, then they are.
You are a C, which is a good size. Hopefully you won't grow bigger and have the back pain that usually comes with bigger breasts than a C cup.
