I'm not sure if you're a Christian believer but lots and lots and lots of prayer seems to help me a lot. Besides that, having a clean environment helps too. When you're feeling down, pick out about 10 good comedy films, pop some popcorn and just let the movie take you away. When you go to bed tonight just turn on a good talk radio show that you can listen to and drift off to sleep on. But going back to the begining, just in your quiet time, tell God what's on your mind and you need help. Trust me girl. If he healed me from a disease, I know he can take care of your situation. Just remember. Every literal minute that goes by leads you that much closer to your healing. In no time you WILL feel so much better. I guarantee! Take care

Finding a physical way to release your frustration is best, I think. Not only does it help you get rid of yout tension, but your body feels great too because of the adrenalin rush, so it's really healthy for mind and body. Any kind of exercise is good, but I would suggest something like kickboxing or even swimming is great because you feel like you are really able to vent by expelling your excess energy. If you are in any way rhythmic or musical, take up the drums. This is a NUMBER ONE stress reliever. The only thing is, if you're not very good, it could cause stress for other people in your life....! If these things don't work, a couple of my friends swear by meditation and/or reiki. Try attending a course and see if you can't breathe your stress away.
