I'm 13..... am i getting my period?!?!
Question: ok, so i have dark underwar and when i go to the bathroom i see that there is white stuff on there. I know its not urine. My urine is slightly white but it doesnt smell bad like it would if it was a UTI. Am i getting my period or is it something else? if its something else what is it? do i need to see a doctor? plz help me

This is perfectly normal. What your seeing is part of the changes your body is going through. During a woman's cycle of roughly 28-30 days the discharge changes from clear to sort of a creamy white and a bit sticky. It can be clear and runny looking too. Very normal. You're probably going to be getting your period very soon.

White stuff is just discharge, that is normal. Your vagina is gonna do that until you hit menopause. You don't need to see a doctor but it wouldn't hurt if you did, they could answer all your question if you don't feel comfortable talking to your mom.
Um hun....your period is red. That happened the whole year before I got my period. I got mine when I was 11. Its WAY over rated. I hate it. And I have only had it for 2 years.
The white stuff is discharge u get b4 your period(i think) ask your mom.
It could be a yeast infection, in which case you would need medication. It could be nothing. most women and young girls have some discharge. Its normal. If you wear your pants too tight that could cause it. The va j j needs to breath down there. looser fitting pants and underpants with a cotton crotch.
You will get your period soon enough, and have it until you are about 50-55 years old...Don't rush it!!!
