I had a miscarriage on Wednesday, what can I do to feel better and stop crying a!

Question: I was 10 weeks along.

Answers: I was 10 weeks along.

I'm so sorry. Give yourself some time, it's only been a couple of days. Your hormones are wacked out and you must recover emotionally and physically. Do activities you like to make yourself feel better, whether that's spending time with friends or taking more time for yourself.

I am terribly sorry for your loss. Give yourself time to grieve and consider talking to someone who has experienced a similar loss or a counselor. Be kind to yourself and just try to take it easy for a while. Again my deepest sympathies.

I am so sorry. It will take time... just like it would take time if you lost a child that was older. Remember that you are not only dealing with the emotional loss of the child, but you are also dealing with the physical problems of having a miscarriage and the hormonal upset as well. It is normal to feel sad. Make sure you have gone to the doctor to make sure everything is out (I had a friend who needed a d&c later because it hadnt completed) and if you need to see a doctor about the depression. They can prescribe medications to help with the depression.

as far as depression goes, it is a medical condition- you wouldnt ask a diabetic to "just think happy and make insulin" you cant ask someone whose hormones and brain chemicals are not right to "just think happy thoughts" either.

I wonder if keeping a journal or perhaps writing letters to your baby would help.

pray and ask the Lord Jesus Christ to heal your pain and comfort u. he is the only one that can truly take away all of your pain. just trust in the Lord. He is faithful and loves each and every one of us, thats y He died on the cross to save us from all of our sin. if you want to be healed emotionally and you dont know the Lord yet, ask Him to save you, ask Him to reveal Himself to you and He will. God Bless you
