2 hours would be fine. No worries. If your flow is really really light, then you can keep one in a while, but just be sure not to leave it in TOO long, that can make you sick, and its not good. Much luck to ya. =)

depending on the flow, mine can last from an hour to 6 hours on the last day of my period.
6 hours is too long ya sicko. They last until they need to be changed which should be frequently
It depends, on the first day of my period it will last about 5 hours. Once I get past that first day or so I can leave one in for the 8 hours. I don't know about anyone else but I can feel it getting full and it starts to get uncomfortable about 30 minutes before it would start leak so then I know to change it. Good luck
i usually go 5-8 hours, try not to leave it in longer than that
