Hi, I sleep with a tampon regularly, I just put one in a soon as I go to bed then set my alarm for 6 hours later, get up quickly change it, then get back into bed again. Please be assured that a tampon can not get stuck inside you, there is no where for it to go! The most that could happen is you could loose the string, but don't worry your fingers can easily reach the tampon, if it were to happen. This is also very unlikely to happen though so don't panic. Some people would say that tampons are unhygenic as a tampon absorbs the blood and creates a warm evnironment for bacteria to grow in. But as long as you don't leave a tampon in for longer than 8 hours the chances of TSS are very very small.
Don't worry about it too much, millions of women use tampons without any problems. Good luck, I hope that helped

Yes, as long as you change it right before you go to bed and again as soon as you get up.

its really not the best thing to do but I do it..lol. As long as its not in there for a REALLY long time, your fine. I dont really reccomend it though. If you choose to do this, maybe if you wake up in the middle of the night to go pee or something, just change it then and go back to sleep. The risk of TSS (Toxic shock syndrome) is more likely also if you keep tampons in for a long period of time.

they dont get stuck up there but if you leave them in long they will star to "Stink" just change it between the night

Yes, just put a fresh one in before sleeping and change it after you get up. They only get stuck up there if the string snaps, which is inly common in cheap brands, not something like Tampax. And even if that happens, you can still get them out yourself.

I promise you that it's not true that they can get stuck because there is no where for them to go as the hole going up even furthur is molescule, far too small for a tampon.

You can wear them at night but I wouldn't suggest it as you can get TSS, which ain't too good. As long as before bed and when you wake up, it should be fine

Hope this was helpful xxx

I wouldn't suggest it.
If you do wear a super plus tampon as it expands against your vaginal wall alot more.
If you are uncomfortable still, try wearing thick night pads.

Good luck xx
