A Sport like will spread out more so you don't leak. If you really want to know take the tampons and stick in it a water bottle and you will c the diference!
The sports are smaller and thinner not so bulky and move with you. I prefer them myself!
i use playtex sport and they work fine. but i'd guess that the difference is because playtex SPORT is made for extra protection for when you're playing a sport lol
Well Sports playtex has amazing absorbancy and is very easy and quick to insert. It is slim but great. It Absorbs and forms circular not straight. Which is easier t remove.
Most other tampons are really bulky and rough. I reccomend if you're gonna use tampons Sport or gentle glide.

Sport has a better "frill" to it, so when it expand better to precent leakage. They are more comfortable I think too and if you are seriously into sports I'd try them.
sport Tampax are for girls that do allot of physical activities and regular Tampax are more big and bulky
