Can someone get to a point that even if they aren't sick they convince thems!

Question: I always feel like I am sick but whenever I go to the doctor they can't seem to find anything wrong? Could I be convincing myself that I'm sick? I mean I really think I'm sick but nothing ever happens to prove it. Sometimes I feel like I'm going to throw up... but never do.

When do you feel sick exactly? Before you go to work/school? In public? You could have anxiety disorder. If you feel fear or sweaty/hyperventilating (especially in public places) you probly have anxiety.

Don't worry alot of people have it. Just take beep breaths and repeat that theres nothing wrong. Your fine. Find something to distract you so your not thinking your sick over and over again.

I carry around a water bottle with me and if I feel a little bit shakey I take a few swallows. It helps. Also, try a strong flavor. This helps me if I have a strong taste in my mouth to occupy me like gum, halls, ect.

I hope I helped.

It's called hypochondria.
You may have a internalized form of stress.
Other wise get a blood test to see if you have a sickness that has no outward signs.

Well that is the definition of a hypochondriac. HOWEVER, if you really and truly believe that you are sick, please keep looking for an answer. Doctors miss things all the time. Make a diary of your symptoms each day and record things that may have caused them. Write down how long you sleep, how refreshed you feel, what you eat, your activities, etc. Then head to a different doctor- they are much more apt to listen to you if they feel you are taking this seriously enough to have a diary. Good luck!

Bud iv got the same issue if you get the answer i will be very happy

Sometimes when people are depressed they feel physically ill; nausea, headache, tiredness and just generally feeling lousy. Depression is a physical illness. Ask your doctor if this is what could be causing your symptoms,

yeahh that can be all in your mind or there can be really something wrong with you maybe when you think about this too much you get an anxiety attack, because this use to happen to me all the time and sometimes it still does, maybe you should also try to go see a psychiatrist....
