No, I wouldn't get concerned about it. But don't take any more for at least 4 hours, and don't take more than 8 tablets within a 24 hour period.
If you are taking it for pain and find it is not working then try adding in some ibuprofen as well.
Uhh some packets say 4 doses in 24 hours or what ever. so it could be ok. just dont do it again anytime soon.
