Why am i so fat?!


Question: im so pissed off because im eating just as much as i used to (which is alot i admit) and exercising for about three hours a day and stil im fat.
I know muscle weighs more than fat but not only am i getting heavier, i look bigger too.
Im 16, 5ft 6, and nine stone seven pounds.
Im so ******* annoyed because in trying so hard and im so frustrated. im so depressed about. Any body got any helpful advice for me?

It's all about the way you eat. You can workout 6 hours a day and still be big. I know people who work out a lot - mainly with weights, and they eat a lot and are pretty big. Make sure you do very light weights (if you are doing weights) and just try to do more cardio. If you are doing heavy weights, you'll look bulky. I would stick to cardio...don't do three hours, because you could be building muscle, and muscle on top of fat, will make you look bigger. I think 45 minutes - 60 minutes per day is all you need. Five days a week is good. Make sure you aren't eating sweets or too many carbs. Its important that you have protein and healthy fat per each meal...this will help speed up your metabolism. Don't skip meals, or your metabolism will slow down and next time you eat, you'll gain weight even faster. Its better to eat 7 small meals per day or eat three very healthy meals. You should eat a healthy fat, and protein per each meal. Meaning, egg whites, peanutbutter, fruit, nuts, cheese, yogurt, cottage cheese. At night, try to eat meat, vegetables, and brown rice or a sweet potato. Drink a lot of water too. Don't eat fast food, no salt, no sweets and minimize carbs - such as chips, fries, etc. Good luck.

9 stone 7 isn't fat.
Anything over 13 st for your height and age, is fat.

the reason that u gain weight even tho u eat the same as b4 is cuz that food is building up, its not doing anything

And you sound like one of those girls who obsesses over weight.

That's VERY unhealthy!
