How to lighten stop it w/e or it really that?!
Question: ok im 13 and idk if im a women. i pee blood and doesnt normally come out unless i use the restroom! my backs gets painful i feel like i have to use the rest room is that a period if so how to help with it like lighten or shorten or is it something else? and sometimes using the rest room stings!

if you pee blood and its painful it could be a period (depending on the amount of blood) but it sounds more like a urinary tract infection, kidney infection, or a bladder infection.
you should go to your dr and rule out these infections, especially when using the restroom stings!
if it is your period the only way of lightening, shortening and regulating your period is by using birth control pills, but that might not even lighten the flow or shorten the amount of days you have your period.

if taking the UTI medication helps, then its most likely a UTI and not your period, but again ask your dr.
If you are peeing blood, it's not your period. If there is no blood in your underwear or on a pad, it's not your period.
You need to find out why you keep having UTIs - not drinking enough water, something wrong with your kidneys or bladder, holding our urine too long before going to the bathroom. Something.
When you have your period the blood will come out of your vagina. You may notice the blood come out when you sit on the toilet, wipe or when you urinate the urine can wash some of the blood into the toilet.
