It's actually better to use softcups or menstrual cups rather than tampons as tampons are very bad for vaginal health and not very clean - it's a very good idea to educate yourself on these things, it's not good just using something without knowing the risks, see the tampon health web site - http://www.spotsite.org

you dont need tampons if your not old enough just stay out of the water they have pads made for the bikinis and then if you want a tampon just talk to your mom and see if its ok because if you are a virgine you dont need a tampon!
just ask your mother,i assume youve never used tampons before,this is why you should ask your mother about how to use a tampon.theyre better than a pad,but then find out how to use these before the party.have fun i wish i were going!
You can just go in the water for a little with ur normal bathing suit on(without ur pad) and come out every once and a while. Or you can always just sit with ur feet in the water.
it can be a touchy subject for some adults. it depends on how old you are.you dont have anything to loose. it depends on how educated your mom is on tampons. maybe you need to educate her on the subject.let her no it does not pop your cherry it dont go up far enough.dont say mom can i have tampons. say something like i need some tampons so i can go swimming.be sure of your self dont hesitate. so she can see your sure of your self.tell her what you no about tampons so she can see your educated. and if your not educated about tampons educate yourself before you talk to her.
