Your pharmacist should have explaned this to you...
But take your first one the Sunday after your next period, and the white ones are sugar pills which are optional to take, but thats when your period is.
Start your next pack after the white ones run out.
Read your little manual for any other questions.=)
Take the first pill the Sunday after your period. Then just keep moving through the pack day-by-day.
There is a little booklet that comes with your pills. Read it!
you start the sunday after your period begins. So if your period starts on friday, you take it that sunday. If it starts on a sunday you take it that sunday. then you just take one a day in the order they come in the pack by rows. the white ones are just taken when you get to them, not to be taken out of order or at a specified time.
Um wait. Have you not talked to a doctor about all this? They should have explained this to you.
Most people will start them on the Sunday after they get them(or that's what my doctor has most do), and you just take them daily. The white pills you treat the same way normally, take them daily. The white pills are so you will have a monthly period if you didn't know.
