I am not really sure but... Since you probably still have your sexual organs such as your tubes and stuff,, but the only thing is that in a menstrual cycle there is an egg that is ovulated during that process 2 weeks before your period- So you could still but I would consult a doctor to answer your question if you are concerned.

Ooh yes, ask your physician. If your body is not getting enough calories or nutrients it will delay your period. I'm assuming you are eating better now, but if you are still on a low-calorie diet that might be an explanation. Anorexia also have the potential to do permanent damage, but you would need to talk to a physician to determine if it is a permanent or a temporary dietary thing.
