As for the anus, you can bleach it, but I would imagine you SHOULD NOT do that around your vagina, it could harm it very badly (and be very painful).

You can't. The skin around the vagina is supposed to be dark, it is natural.
ok will you could go to a place like a hair remove place or when i place that lasers skin and you could see if they could use the laser to lighten up the skin around the vagina.

Everyone has that and you really can't change that. If you have seen pictures of women who don't seem to have that dark skin, don't be fooled. Pictures and videos can be photoshopped to make a woman look how someone else wants her to look.
