Even if you had done anything capable of tearing it (and it doesn't sound like it), the hymen would have bled right then, not days after the fact.
You either got your period early, or you're having breakthrough bleeding. Neither one is anything to panic about unless it becomes too heavy or goes on too long. Seek medical attention if it does.
If you want to know how to tell if yours is torn, you'll have to get a miror and look. It's right at the entrance of the vagina. Membraney-looking thing.
ok do u mean dry humping or you had sex with out being wet cuz there is a big diff. dry humping, no you can;t tear it, dry sex yes you can tear it...ummm cuz it's still sex and truthfully if you are asking this question you are either way to young to be having sex or you are not mature enough and I don't mean to be a jerk that it truly how I feel, please think about what you are doing.
