Implantation bleeding rarley occurs and if it does it happens when a fertilized egg lands in the uterus. When you have sex and get preggo, within the first few days the fertilized egg works its way from your ovary, down your fallopian tubes then finally plants itself and attatches to your uterus. The whole process takes about 3-7 days and supposebly some people say on the day it attatches to the uterus they experienced SLIGHT light pinkish bleeding. The BAM, the majic begins. Hope this helps
