you might get them..you might not ....you should be using a cream on your belly to keep it moisturized..one of the best is coconut and Shea butter ....but anything with Shea butter is good or you could use olive oil. but that's a bit greasy..unfortunately there is nothing you can do to prevent them but they are more noticeable if you have gained loads of weight ..if you do get them be proud of them they are a fact of life when you have children ...i have never known a man being put off by stretch marks

  • It is very likely you will get stretch marks, however you can use products such as Bio Oil to reduce them.

You can help fight the odds with lots of lubrication. Some people swear by cocoa butter, some by vitamin e oil, and some use the prep creams made for the purpose. I've have four kids, with minimal marks left- and I used a rather eclectic combo of all the above, depending on the budget and availability. Truthfully, some marks may be just unavoidable. It depends on the elasticity of your skin- and that was somewhat determined by your genetics. If you don't have a lot of snap in the suit, then stretch marks can be plentiful and ugly. If you have a fair amount, then you will be one of the lucky ones with nearly none. They are mommy medals, and you sort of trade some look for the new wonder of your life. I thought it was a small price to pay for my four little miracles. Mostly, keep the skin lubricated and supple, which helps it give easier. And don't look too hard in the days right after delivery. At first you will look like an ugly roadmap, and it will fade as days pass. Whatever stretch marks you end up with- get the Mederma and the vitamin E oil on. Daily applications of both, for the next few months will help influence how obvious they will end up. Eventually they will fade into thin silvery lines and with a bit of luck will not be all that noticeable. I can't promise the bikini body will come back, nor that it will look exactly like it did before baby. Chances are that you will not ever have the BC (before child) body back entirely. But don't mourn the passing of youth too much- as you don't have to end up with a flabby belly full of them if you use the lubrication and watch the weight after baby comes. And always, focus on the miracle you made. I promise- it makes it worth it.

Have cacao ointment all over your breast and belly, everyday from today 'till the end. It will help, but genetics is the main decision, ointments will minimize.

When you decide to have a child you give up your self 100%. That includes your body pretty no marks. I didnt have any stretch marks from my first son untill 4 weeks before he was born. And with my second son I didnt get lucky enough to resuse those same stretch marks oh know i had to get a whole new set of them. with my 3rd son i am 32 weeks and have very few stretch marks but that can change in a heartbeat. They say you can use coco butter to help prevent or reduce stretch marks, but in reality it doesnt really work. In time the y really do fade,.

It is inevitable but you can use some cream to remove the stretch marks after delivery
