Doesn't sound abnormal to me. I get cramps about a week after ovulating - that's a week before my period.
And sometimes I'll get cramps in the ovaries during ovulation - though these cramps happen only every couple of months.
Hormone fluctuations change their regularity throught a lifetime, so it's common to start experiencing things you haven't felt before. However, if you feel that the body is experiencing something it shouldn't, get checked out by an obgyn. Better safe than sorry.
go to webmd.com and put in ur symptoms...it could be nothin just stress or it could be somethin more but i'm not a dr sorry
