well u could go to the mall and just point one out
OR
you could wait until you both have some free time and sit her down and talk to her about why you want to start wearing a bra.
a good way to try and get her to buy you one is if you say that you want TRAINING bras
Just tell her you're growing up and your going to need some bra's and to see if she will help you pick some out.

Write her a note and slip it in her purse or jacket somewhere where she can find it that way if your embrassed you wont have to worry about an awkward face to face conversation!

the worst she could say is i'll get you a training bra or no
say "mom my jugs hurt" she'll understand
this is hard, i know how you feel. i wrote my mom a note and told her that im to shy to ask in person, she understood and took me shopping =)
oh goodness dont worry you have plenty of time left in your life to wear a bra enjoy the time where you dont have to
see what happens when 10 year olds get a hold of the internet.
