Why did my period only lsat 3 days?!

Question: normal 28 day cycle period lasts 5-6 days. It stopped at 3 exact days. Just wanted to know if anyone knew why? is it ok ?

Lots of things can cause your period to be early, late, shorter, longer, etc. Stress will definitely affect your period. A change in diet and/or your exercise routine can also affect your period. Totally normal; nothing to worry about.
