Wear a thick pad - the thin ones just bunch up and don't protect as well. Also, wear tight underwear, maybe a size smaller. It will help keep the pad closer to you. Check your pad whenever you can, especially if you feel wet. If all else fails, try the Kotex Overnight pads, they are really big and thick, but they are great for heavy flow.

Uhm this is what I do, I buy maxi pads, the long thick ones with wings, and then I put them one on my underwear, and then, you know bathing suit bottoms? If you have like a bath suit bottom that's like tight booty shorts, wear that over top and just wear DARK sweat pants, and change it every like morning, lunch, after school and night.
wear a heavy pad down there it should save you if not wear a tampon plz this is so embarrising i know! trust me use em now!
