PMS or Preg.?!

Question: So I'm TTC #1, but if I don't get pregnant, I should get my period on the 16th. My question is, why am I so crabby!?!? I feel like I could cry at the drop of a pin, the weather is awful so I dont want to go on a walk, I just feel so... "slumpish"... Its like PMS, but I dont remember feeling this way a whole week and 2 days before I'm supposed to get my period! Any advice or thoughts??

Hey there,

I'm in the same boat. My period is due April 18, and we're TTC #1.

Well, you are only about 6 days past ovulation, so if you did concieve, the zygote probably hasn't even implanted in your uterus. If you were PG, your hormones wouldn't start giving you symptoms until after implantation(7 to 10 days after ovulation).

Also, I feel like our bodies play tricks on us when we want to be PG so badly, and it's so hard to interpret symptoms when they mimic PMS.

My guess is that you're not experiencing PG symptoms yet, but that doesn't mean you're not pregnant! :)

I hope you are. But be prepared for your period. It's the insideous rollar coaster of TTC - the waiting and guessing.

Hang in there. Time will tell.
And I hope I am wrong!

Sounds like PMS to me, unless you've had sex within the last few days and you have the pregnancy symptoms (nausea, tenderness in breasts, lower back pains, etc.) If you feel the same way in a few days you can always take a HPT, but this doesn't sound like pregnancy. Good luck.

well im like that the whole time i have my period but i feel like screeming i get so mad so fast!!!!!!
