How can i loose weight FAST!!!?!

Whoa! Don't panic! Back when I was just starting my teen years, my body was going through some big changes. For you, well...you never know how the changes will come around. You might go through a height spurt soon and your thighs will thin out. Or your head might swell up for a while and your body will look too small (j/k). All of these things will smooth out nicely as you get into your teen years and you'll probably become a very beautiful woman and the guys will drool over you. BUT...since it's so important to you that something has to happen right now...start thinking about activities that will provide a workout for your little body. First thing that comes to mind is dancing. Dance around until your exhausted. Then maybe, try an after-school sport that involves some running. If you want, just run down to the corner of the street and then run back. Do that a couple of times a day (of course, you gotta' pretend your future boyfriend is waiting for you at the corner). Even better, find a new friend that doesn't mind doing these workouts with you. That way, you can slowly jog around the track with her and talk about...what else? Boys! Good luck to you.

I think that you are really to young to worry about it.

Well do some cardio.

(Running is good. Try running or riding an exercise bike for about 45 mins - andhour a day. Also, eat healthier. Eat less. But don't starve yourself...)

You have some baby fat still...don't worry about it too much. Just enjoy your young life stay active and eat healthy.

Well i nowed one girl she was about your age, yes and she was bit fat.

Now shes thin. She used this diet, she eated ONLY vegetables, fruits and special diet bread. So make some salad. :)

hey it doesnt matter about size!
but if you want.. try going outside more often and play more sports. or take a walk!
but still it doesnt matter about size okay?
