When to start new birth control?!

Question: A few days ago I asked why is there a delay between the time i take my nuvaring out and when im actually starting my period, and that question was answered. Now i am wondering, do i put my new ring in 7 days after i took the old one out, or 7 days after i actually started my period?

if this isnt clear enough let me know and i will try to add any necessary details

put the new ring in 7 days after the other one has been out whether you are still on your period or not.

You need to call your Drs Office because of your own health some Drs have different reasoning for people starting like they tell them to So please call your Drs Office I know worked OB/GYN 7yrs

Other answer is perfect! 7 days from when you took it out. Even if you are still on your period!!
