Try googling "nausea" or "morning sickness", and you'll get TONS of home remedies for nausea. Ginger is one of the best things out there (ginger tea, ginger ale, ginger snaps, etc). Peppermint, chamomile, and lavender will also help--peppermint is easiest to get to, just get peppermint candies made with real peppermint oil. Sugary liquids are good at calming nausea (like fruit juice, just not citrus juice because that's too acidic).

Make sure your stomach doesn't get either too full or too empty. High-protein foods are good because they take a while to digest and therefore your stomach empties slower. Carbs digest the fastest, and fats can cause stomach spasms if your tummy is touchy.

Good luck!

eat somethng light, maybe have some ginger ale that usually helps, or maybe even a cup of chamomile tea, that works good too.

Have you ever heard of Emetrol? It's an anti-nausea agent that works with the chemicals in your brain that tells your body you need to throw up. It can be found at any drugstore and doesn't taste bad.

Try to eat saltine crackers to keep nausea away.

.Old remedy. Cola syrup you can get in drugstores. My daughter used to get car sick, and some of that stuff made her sleepy or you had to take it a half hour before you went any wear. I have heard they keep it on board ships for sea sickness in the navy. it really works. it settles you stomach, won't hurt you and you can carry it with you if you have to. I just pour a about two teaspoons over a bit of ice and sip it. works every time. beleive me,, after cleaning up the car more than once from a child being sick in it.. you look for whatever works.
