STD maybe? do any of them cause that? ik its not preg cuz preg wudnt have kicked in that fast. ideas? i have only eaten an apple today and drank a lot of water so ik its not something i ate

You may be malnourished, and your body might just be trying to fight off an infection (regular old cold or flu). See if you have a fever. Eat some protein (cheese) and go to a quick care clinic in case you need antibiotics, you don't want to have toxic shock syndrome. Be honest to them, its usually very easy to treat these things if caught early. I doubt it's connected to STDs (it would probably take longer than overnight) but it definitely wouldn't hurt to get tested for them.
You probably feel sick because all you ate was an apple for the whole day.
