Sperm can survive in a woman's uterus for up to 5 days. Neither of them are good if you don't want her to get pregnant.

Yes she will, there is always a risk of pregnancy, and her period doesn't change that. It's true that the chances are less likely, but not by much. (wear a condom)
There's still a chance that she could get pregnant, even if she just finished her period. Unless she's on the pill, it's a bad idea to do that.
Are you completely naive? A girl can pregnant even when she uses protection, on her period. Things happen. It only takes 1 sperm. Plus they live in there for up to 5 days. If you have sex with her 3 days after her period and it lives for 5 days after that, you got a GREAT chance at having a baby. Quit being stupid and wrap it up or don't have sex at all if your not going to be responsbile.

Nothing like that is ever true. There is alwasy the possibility to impregnate a girl when you have fully functioning sperm. Even though the egg is being released, you can never be sure whether it has been washed out wiht the blood yet or not. Or you can never be sure whether a new egg has implanted itself in the fallopian tubule.
Just wear a condom.
Or get her to take pills.

There is a high chance she could be pregnant. Either she needs to take the morning after pill (only works up to 72 hours after the unprotected sex, and after that...too late.). After that, it is just a waiting game until she does or doesn't get her period next month.

We can never say never but if her period is over and u do your thing in her, then no it is not likely that she will get prego. The egg has already been released and a new one is growing. The sooner u do it after being sure her period is over like 2-3 days after, the less likely it is to fertilize something that isn't even formed yet. But like I said, there is always a chance.
