The only way a tampon will get out if it's not inserted far enough...
You can tell if a tampon is inserted far enough or not, believe me.
If it's in properly, you won't feel it.
If it's not in far enough, you will feel it.
And unless your pushing while you're doing this stretch, I'm 99.9% sure this won't happen.
I've been wearing tampons for years and the only time it seems to want to try to come out is when it's *thoroughly* saturated and I'm trying to go to the bathroom. And it's never come all the way out (let alone shot out) without me pulling it out.

When you decide to try tampons, make sure to read the instructions in the box very carefully. It has pictures and diagrams and tips to help with proper insertion.

Tampons are awesome, do not fear them. You will love them.

not to sound vulgar but it depends on how tight your vagina is.

btw that link does not work just wanted you to know...

No. Your vaginal muscles hold it in. The position of your legs won't affect it.

It is not true, unless you push extremely hard as if pushing out a baby, then maybe it could be possible.

i couldn't get the link to see the picture. But I'm pretty certain your friend is wrong! The muscles are pretty tight- I've never had one fall out doing anything!

Oh sweety! I can remember the fear of shoving some foreign object up my....well lets not go further. As long as you have it in correctly, that bad boy is up there until YOU decide to pull it out. May I make a suggestion? For some girls it is really stressful the first time putting in a tampon. Have a girlfriend of yours stand in the shower, with the curtain closed to give you privacy to walk you through it. Also, sometimes it is hard to find the right direction. LOL. I know that is a little bit T.M.I. but it can be hard. So try using your finger and try to find the natural curve of your cervix. This sounds a heap more disgusting than it actually is. Take a deep breath and try it out. I'm telling you, you will be so happy that you did! Wearing a tampon gives you a lot of freedom to do more things while that time is going on.

nope your mucles will hold it in! atleast i think. cause ive never worn a tampon either. but wanting to try soon
