Women do tend to worry a lot about all aspects of their lives and I am one of them. In general, women are more emotionally charged than the males. It all depends on your character, circumstances and state-of-mind whether you tend to suffer insomnia. A female i know has problems sleeping due to her career-she's a lawyer, due to her marriage-husband not being supportive and she has an unknown entity in her home- a spirit. These factors can bring about insomnia no doubt. Not to say that men don't get insomnia, they do, like I said depending upon a person's disposition. My opinion would be that yes women do tend to suffer insomnia more than men overall.
