Its is completely normal. It is hormonal and it is part of being a woman. I try to take advantage of it, actually, if you partner touches you more gently it can be more pleasurable than you can imagine .. experiment, you wont regret it. That is how I deal with it ... lol

It's a hormonal thing. It used to happen to me when I was younger, but then it stopped after I had kids. Maybe Midol would help?

dont feel bad , its normal . mine do the same thing. you could wrap an ace bandage around your chest and it will help some. sleep with your bra on and just dont take it off until you know they dont hurt anymore.

Its your hormones... its normal

because it's that time of the month!!!!!!

Its definately a hormone thing. Unfortunately alot of the symptoms we get while pregnant we also experiance for a shorter amount of time while we are on our period or shortly after ovulating. Warm showers always help me through those few days....try laying on your chest on a heating pad set to low. The heat will sooth as well as the steady pressure.

I had the same feeling when i was pregnant but the only thing you can do is not touch them lol jk thats stupid advise! LOL there are these little nipple disks but i dont remember what they are called. When I was breast feeding my nipples would get sore but tea bags help. tea bags have tannic acid in them and that is like a anti-inflammatory. That always made me feel better hope fully it will work for you.
