I know this is gross but its killing me!?!
Question: my boob is killing me! it hurts....more burning than hurting...but at first it was hurting a little and i went to check it out to see what was wrong with it and when i touched it the tip of it had like a cut on it and the piece of skin fell off...gross i know im so grossed out by it falling off. but now it burns really bad..i know its gonna heal eventually but is there any way to speed it up or stop the burning...also its hotter than my other one...like the temp of it went up a little..not much but its still a little warmer, but it really burns. im thinking of taking off my bra but idk if the shirt will irritate it. im gonna go to sleep soon so plz help. what can i do?

You might want to try some Aloe Vera, it helps with like everything.
It usually cools down overheated skin too, and it soothes =)
It sounds like a breast abcess which is an infection, the fact that one breast is hotter than the other indicates an infection is present and that is called cellulitis...you need to go to the emergency room and have it looked at but if you don't feel comfortable having an ER doctor look at it because you believe that they may do more harm than good, than you can certainly go and see your primary doctor in the morning but if you develop a fever in the next hour or so you will need to get to the ER, I had a breast abcess myself and I had the same symptoms that you are describing.

Are you saying that part of your nipple fell off?
It sounds like it might have gotten a cut and just like on any other area of the body, it will burn and feel hotter when it's injured or damaged. I'm not a medical professional by any means but maybe some Neosporin or something? Sounds like it really hurts, I'm sorry to hear that this happened.
If it hurts that bad, I'd have it looked at. Infections can cause swelling, heat and pain... but I wouldn't just slap some neosporin on it and go. I don't want to scare you, but there is a rare form of breast cancer that starts with a lesion. If it's not feeling better by tomorrow... time to see the doc.
ice and take off your bra
I'd get a cool soft cloth or something and place it in your bra or shirt. Just a shirt will rub it when you move. If you have lots of privacy, or a lock, I'd suggest going topless, letting it get air, it will heal faster.
