I'm sorry if this happens to you, but I'm glad I'm not the only one who has noticed!
I am worse around ovulation time then PMS, for sure. My husband can pin point my ovulation based on my emotional state. I don't why this happens... and I don't hear a lot about it. But I am convinced it's real. And it does make sense.. I mean, there's a surge of hormones when you ovulate.

Hormone changes can make ovulation feel as bad as if not worse than PMS. You can get physical and emotional symptoms.
