Sometimes girls bleed during sex. If she was not aroused enough she may have not had enough natural lubricant, therefore you could have made her bleed a bit.
If it happens again, get some lubricant such as Durex lubricant to avoid causing her pain.

I think she shouldn't have sex with you anymore, because you have absolutely vile suspicions about her with no proof. You know nothing about the matter, and yet you are ready to condemn her anyway.
Women just bleed sometimes, it doesn't have to be her period or related to sex. Why you have decided that her bleeding means she had sex with someone else is beyond comprehension. But she will be better off alone than with someone like you, who thinks such bad thoughts about her.
she could be on her "period" just getting it. ask her when she had it last month. it could have just came at that time. also is she a virgin? could be you popped her "cherry" and she had alot of blood flow from it. ask her and if none of these answers come to mind. both of you go get checked out.. why i say both...because you were haveing intercourse while she was bleeding..this isn't good for the penis
