unfortunately, that depends on the medication. for some drugs, it is no big deal, even if taken immediatly. with others, one needs to be careful. generally, sedating drugs & drugs that heavily use the liver to be metabolised should not be combined with alcohol. how long to wait also depends on the alcohol dose. a drink or two is usually gone enough after 4 hours. More alcohol than that takes more time. probably one of the worst drugs to combine with alcohol is acetameniphen (Tylenol). this drug all by itself can damage the liver in big doses & the alcohol worsens the effect. (Mortin, anaprox are ok)

You should not be drinking alcohol after taking medication.

I guess it all depends on what type of medication you were on.

Some antibiotics will say not to drink alcohol while on medication but if you're done with the meds then I think it would be safe to drink a glass of wine or something like that.

I wouldn't go on any drinking binges!!! Just take it easy for a couple of more days as your meds are still in your system.

Flush it out with plenty of water that should work.

id wait till it wears off usually it would say between so many hours if u dont have the bottle id probly say 4 or more

...juz w8 until ur doctor told u so...dont b hardheaded...

You should not drink alcohol at ALL while taking medication.
