A question for the girls.?!

Question: Okay so I shave my legs every single morning, and afterwords apply lotion. The end up feeling smooth, but you can see little dots all over my legs. They aren't razor burn because they are like inside my legs. You can't feel them but you can see them. It's really embarassing. Im not the only person with them though that I know of. My friend has the same issue. Is there anything I could do to make my legs look just as shaved as they are?

when you shave you dont completely remove the hair, you're just removing the surface hair. if you shave everyday, your leg hairs will grow fast and probably are growing fast. those black dots are the part of the hair that wasnt shaved off. try waxing. it should cause you to do your legs as much and pulls the hair from the root so those black dots wont appear.

Black holes?

They are just were hair has just grown and you have shaved them off and everything you shave over them they get darker.

Try waxing. Those dots are your follicles. And maybe they get irritated and that's why they look red. I had the same problem when I was younger.

After shaving, especially the "bikini" area, I put rubbing alcohol on myself. If I don't I'll break out in a red rash.

The holes are follicular pores. I would only shave 2-3 times a week.

You shouldn't shave everyday! It's probably ingrown hairs.

waxing is the only option

To shave your legs every single morning is a bit much, but it's your decision. But I think that you should try shaving your legs probably every two or three days it depends on how fast your hair grows and see how that goes. Also if you are using scented lotion, try using non scented lotion instead that's also good for dry skin. So try that and see how it goes.
