alli is fda approved and if you follow it to the t it works!! it really does i worked out and ate right and lost 27 pounds in a little of 2 mths. its only for people who are overweight. Nvy doesnt work!! good luck!

I'd say use Ali if you were going to use a pill. It just helps the process with out side effects. All the other ones have caffeine or guarana, you may as well be drinking 9-10 cups of coffee or tea a day. Another healthy way is to drink just 2-3 cups of green tea everyday. Green tea ups your metabolism, just not in pill form, they put too much.

Hey! I'm really sorry about what you are going through. You're right, you shouldn't be made to feel bad about this. Your doctor is just pathetic if he can't support you, i would get a new doctor who will help you instead of resorting to diet pills.

I'm not trying to be smart or a ***** or anything like that. I just know that diet pills are a waste of time and they do absolutely no good to your health in the long run. All they do is suppress your appetite, which means obviously that you don't eat as much because you don't feel hungry. I know you already know that much.

However, by doing this you are putting yourself at more risk. For a start, you could get vitamin or mineral deficiencies which will only led to more health risks. Also, this is basically starving yourself except you don't feel hungry. Just because this suppresses your appetite doesn't mean that you aren't starving yourself. The best way to lose weight is slowly and gradually. It is a million times healthier for you and you have virtually no risk of hurting yourself.

When you starve yourself, sure you lose a lot of weight in a short amount of time, but the moment you stop using those pills and eat normally again, you're body will only pile the weight back on just as fast. This is because your body doesn't want to be unprepared should you go through a starving period again. It is a defence mechanism designed to protect you from dying from starvation, although it would be very disheartening for you.

Starving yourself can also lower your immunity a lot and you may find yourself getting ill a lot more often. It isn't worth putting yourself all through this, surely. Now, i'm not saying at all that you HAVE to listen to me. That is entirely up to you to decide and i respect your decision. But i've tried a few ways to lose weight myself and found the easiest option is definitely not the better.

I would keep up with your healthy diet and exercise. That will be extremely beneficial as it will help with cardiovascular health. Also, exercising releases endorphins which can leave you with a kind of buzz after you have finished. Please don't feel that you can not talk to a professional about this. Your doctor who did those things to you is just one person and obviously does not appreciate what you are trying to do. I think your healthy eating and exercise is fantastic! There are other doctors out there who will support you so please don't feel as though you can't find another one to talk to.

Or you could talk to a dietician. If you shop around you can find one within your price range or even someone from a gym can help you. They can give you tips on exercising, especially exercises that target specific areas on the body where removing excess weight may be difficult (everyone experiences this so don't feel ashamed you're not alone). Personally, i'm not a fan of diet pills, they cause more damage they the do good and a lot of people who go on them then develop eating disorder (which i did and trust me it isn't worth it). So please, look after yourself and talk to another doctor if you need to. Not everyone that doctors views. I wish you the very best and hope things improve for you. Good luck!!
