Vitamin E oil is supposed to work. Also, Palmer's makes a lotion/cream specifically for stretch marks.

There are many ointments in the market which can be harmful too .As per Ayurveda make a paste of white powder of sandel wood & turmeric powder in rose water and apply like a face powder , if possible twice daily , should be helpful

Stretch mark creams that are used in pregnancy are usually quite effectice eg Therproline or Vichy stretch mark cream
