Extended Period on Birth Control?!
Question: I have been on Ortho Tri Cyclen birth control for about three months. I havent missed any days, but every so often I will take my pill a few hours late. Well my sister in law told me that if you skip the sugar pills and go straight into a new pack, it could shorten or eliminate your periods. So I tried it. However, now I have had my period for three weeks. First I kept taking my pill thinking it would even out. Now I stopped taking it because maybe that is the problem. Could I potentially be pregnant and miscarrying from not taking my pill at the right time, but then still taking it? I don
