What is going on?? HELP!!?!

Question: 6 months ago I weighed around 125. Then about 2 months ago I weighed and I was 135. Now I'm 140 lbs. I've been exercising and doing strength training. The weird thing is, all my clothes still fit about the same. If I gained15 lbs. wouldn't my clothes fit way differently???

Also what is the best way to tone and get back down to 125 lbs??

i think you have gained weight because of your training...
it may be muscle weight...
if your clothes still fit it could be that...
you see, as your muscles are more developed they become heavier and more dense...

a good examples are the wrestlers in wwe or tna...
men over there weigh around almost 250 pounds, but they dont look at all fat or flabby,,,

it cuz of muscle weight...

so just relax, you are normal and healthy?

if you have been exercising and strength training then the weight you are gaining is muscle weight.. keep it up!!! a scale tells nothing about a persons appearance!

Because your prolly gaining muscle...Thats good!

Either you packed on a lot of muscle which is five times denser than fat or your scale is not working right. Muscle being denser means you can weigh more but in a smaller package.

Your eating needs to b healthy! go on a life diet! don;t just diet until you get your weight back, bacuse when you diet, your body uses more of the content of the food, so if you go back to your original foods, then u will rapidly gain. otherwise, u may gain around a period, or u may b growing.

the weight gain is from muscle mass. Muscle weighs more than fat and if you have been working out and the weight gain in not significant gain. also watch the water intake you could be retaining fluid.

get tested for thyroid and control your diet.

it will be the weight of your muscle, it weighs more than fat so its a good thing:)
