Breast question..?!
Question: is it possible for breasts to grow at 16 as i am 16, and i am really flat compared to all my friends, i am a healthy weight, 138 pounds and 5'9, but i am a 32c which looks tiny on my frame, they are not filled out as yet. Do i still have some hope? and what age do they stop growing? Thanks!

Girls develop at different ages. I filled out REALLY quickly at a young age, and I had D cups by the time I was 13 (and was 5'5" and weighed 105, so it looked pretty odd!) My best friend was flat as a board until she was 18, and then sprouted DD cups! I wouldn't worry about your breasts until you are at least in your 20s. Also, ask your mom and/or grandmother when they developed. If they were late bloomers, chances are, you will be too!
You can grow all the way up to 21, at 16 you definatly havn't stopped growing yet.
i'm pretty sure you end puberty AROUND 16, but it can always go on longer, so i would say theres still hope!
you may have stopped growing, but you still have some hope. They could fill out as late as 25.
You will grow till 21 so keep your head high!
C's are in no way "small", on any frame.
Again, You grow into your mid 20's in the breast.
