It is perfectly normal to be embarrased. I was embarrased, and all of my friends were too. I was wearing camisoles to coverup before I got a bra, and pretty soon, it stopped working, and I became self concious.
All of my friends wore bras, and I also felt left out. I just couldn't come up to my mom and tell her I needed a bra! I was way to embarrased. So I decided to come up with a plan.
It was a saturday, and my mom yelled up to me. I'M GOING TO TARGET, YOU WANT TO COME? And I was bored and thought sure! I can get a bra there too. So what I did was, I told her I needed some new socks and underwear, which was right next to the bras. We walked over there, and I kept looking at the bras. I told her, "mom, my camisoles are getting too small, can I get something else?" And she was like sure, lets go look. Then she said, you probobly need to start wearing a real bra anyways....
Sooo, it was pretty embarrasing, but your mom wont care, she just wants to make you comfortable. She went through the same thing too. Even if you have no boobs, she still will get you a training bra. So you could try my plan out if it works for you, or take other people's advice. Whatever you do, remember that about every girl has to go through it.

You don't even need to ask, just go into your favourite clothes store, try one on in your size and buy it :)
If you need measuring you can do it yourself at home, just look for some instructions on Bra Fitting using Google, good luck!
If you go to any department store, most people are so friendly! Have your mom or best friend go with you! You'll be fine!
u dont need one if you have to ask
every one grows diffrently. Some girls grow early but whatever you have be confident in. But for now there are training bras and such.
if u need one than ask your mom to get you one or go and bye than in some shop, but if its only because ur friends have them, than leave it coz they r not even comfortable
