Please help me please?!


Question: ok please let me know if this workout routine sounds good.. i am 120 lbs and im 54 so im not big at all, just want to lose some belly fat and tone up.. oh.. also im a woman and im 23

my waist is 30 inches..

anyways.. this is what i do EVERY OTHER DAY

im not sure what some of these exercise are called so bare with me..
i am using 5 lb dumbells

tricep over head 3 sets of 15
bicep curl 3x15
over the head (military press??) 3x15
tricep kickback 3x15
um.. thing where you lay on the floor and do like a bear hug. .. kinda like butterfly ;) 3x15
and then sholders 3x15
push ups 3x15

and then a lot of different kinds of ab work..

then squats 3x15
lunges 3x15

and then 20 min. of cardio everyday (a fast workout video)

pleaes let me know if this is good and what kinda results will i see and how soon .. thanks so much for helping out!!!

If what you are after is weight loss, you should be doing a lot more cardio and less weights. Sets of 3x15 is generally a strength building workout, or at least maintaining. It will tone you up, that's for sure!

I would recommend you check out Bodybuilding.com if you are more serious about weight lifting. Otherwise, I would strongly recommend cardio, such as elliptical or treadmill, for an hour each time you work out. I do recommend elliptical over treadmill because your body will recover faster from it; it's lower impact on your joints.

FYI- 120 lbs and 5'4" sounds cute to me! Best of luck to you.
