Help! Sex drive...?!

Question: I am so frustrated about this...

I am only 24. I don't know why this is happening.
I am with a wonderful guy who I love, and I am very sexually attracted to. He's a great lover, and I don't know why I am feeling this way.
I think it might be my birth control. I am on the oral contraceptive, and I have noticed that I am just not that 'into' sex these days, and find it very difficult to have an orgasm. I can only really 'get there' through oral, not through intercourse.
I've also been having a dryness problem, and am generally just not turned on enough, and don't wind up being satisfied.

I feel really bad because I've been faking it. I don't want to hurt his feelings - it's really me, and not him at all. I don't want him to take it the wrong way.
We do it fairly often - 3-5 times a week. I do is mostly because I want to feel close to him, not because of the pleasure. The dryness is really a problem - we have to use lube every time.

Is there a pill? A supplement? Anything

Could be any number of things. Sounds like you are tired and that the BCP are not helping things by messing with you hormones. I suggest talking to your doctor and ask about changing the dosage or maybe even ask about Paragard.

A hormone free contraceptive that is just as effective as the pill and has none of its side effects. My wife got it and we love it.

It is the birth control pills!!

I went off the pill for various reasons and I can tell you for a fact that's the problem. I got a diaphragm...the studies indicate the diaphragm isn't as effective as other contraceptives but my gyno said it's because they fail to put it in and end up prego.

The same thing happened to me when I was on ortho tri cyclen. You should consult your doctor about it... and they can prescribe a different kind of BC. Different BC's have different effects on each woman. I switched to Yaz afterwards and got my sex drive back. But just because Yaz works for me doesnt mean it will work for you, so you just need to keep switching brands until you find what works best for you. Your doctor should help you find one too based on your problems with your current BC.

if you dont want to switch though, just have your boyfriend try to warm you up more before sex. That should help get you wet more down there, making sex more enjoyable and getting orgasms easier.

watch porrrrrrr moviiiii

if you cant get arroused, try some foreplay or porn.
