No not likely you are pregnant... nothing has changed.. you saw no changes in your body.. no changes... no sickness , nothing...no enlarged breasts... well then maybe were you on the pill and stopped taking it suddenly? Maybe you have a cyst on the ovary and it's small it stops ovulation? You should definitely see the doctor.. I don't believe you are pregnant...
Maybe hormon problems....that keep the period away or a lot of stress in recent times?

how long have you had your period?
when did you have sex?
how old are you if you were 7 month pregnant no one would have to tell you!

1. Have you lost a lot of weight recently? If so then it is shutting down your body.
2. Have you been doing drugs? That can mess you up too.
3. Are you having sex? If so you may be pregnant.
Even if you are regular it could just be irregularity, I would still talk to my doc. if I were you!
