i use kotex but i wish i could use a tampon.
Get the ones that have the wings that you fold around the bottom of your underwear. That way you will decrease the chance of getting your underwear soiled.
Im 14 and like u, i use a pad at 6:40 when i get ready for school, change it at lunch 12:00 and then when i get home at about 5:00 and after dinner at about 8:30
I use all pads but i just started using tampons
I LOVE kotex. They are cheep, but they seem to curve like a cup and don't leak. they aren't to bulky ( I hate feeling like I'm wearing a diaper)
The tampons are great to.
I tend to have a light to medium flow, also. The only pad I'll use is Always Ultra-Thins with wings. I've tried quite a few brands and these are definitely the best!

I swear by always ultra thin with wings. I've tried just about every other one and have hated them all! Always is the best!
well i use ALWAYS ( ultra thin because u cant feel it that ur wearing it and OVERNIGHT because it absorbs more and never leaks) they worked the best for me! i hope i helped!
