Question: Please don't listen to girls that say you'll get TSS. It's very rare and many girls sleep with tampons in bed. It's alot less messy when you're heavy and you can't feel it. I've never met a person with TSS and everyone i know where tampons to bed so you're fine, no worries!! Hope this helped :]

A tampon can be worn for a maximum of 8 hours. Any time after that you run a serious risk of Toxic Shock Syndrome, a possibly fatal disease. They can be safely worn to bed as long as you insert it right before bed and change it before 8 hours.
No, it's not safe. You can get TSS because the tampon will be sittinig in there all night. You should wear a pad since it's outside your body.

Set your alarm to wake you up after 8 hours so you can change, then you'll be fine.
