Question: I think I might have been drugged or something the other night. I'm just wondering if I had sex and I tore a little during sex because it hurts and there was a bit of blood in my underwear in the morning if it can get infected? Or should I clean it or something?

Firstly it's normal to have "break-through" bleeding from time to time. Feeling sore at the same time is a bit odd, yes.
The main worry in terms of infection is not like the normal infections you might get with a hangnail, but STDs. If you really think there's a chance this happened, then your worries (in this order) are pregnancy and STDs. A little thing like a normally infected cut is pretty tiny compared to those!
A pregnancy test should be able to tell what's up in a month or so. (Too late for any morning-after pill now.) Most STD tests are reliable after 3 months.
