My fionca has very very low iron (READ BELOW)?!
Question: she had the blood took 3 weeks ago..put her on 1 iron pill..today they told her that her iron had dropped another unit maybe?? but the doc said she has to see 2 specialist's..they think she,s bleeding inside somewhere..what is this???or shes tired alot..but not as bad as they say she should be..she works a 8hr day and runs her daughter alot..keeps going..the doc said her iron is so low she should be passing out..she said she does get dizzy spells..shouldnt she be hospiatalized whats your info on this matter...( FOR SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT THERE TALKING ABOUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

Well all i can say is that i have really low iron also and have seen a specialist numerous times...i was having dizzy spells and passed out a few times....she doesnt have to pass out to have low iron its how your body makes up for it by using more energy to make off for the loss of iron she may be tired...bleeding internally is a slim chance because she would be very sick and probably in the hospital.

well she has oveusly a low imune system so i guess that could be it!!!!!!
She probably isnt eating enough food with iron. Or she might be anemic. I have low iron, i am 11.4
